Ocean View Estate is a residential community in Maslin Beach, 40km south of Adelaide. Designed to complement the seaside setting, it offers lifestyle-focused, walkable access to one of South Australia’s iconic beaches.

The project subdivided and fully serviced Torrens-title lots of varying sizes for single-storey homes. Streetscapes and lot layouts optimise coastal views and natural ventilation while supporting contemporary housing. Key infrastructure—roads, stormwater and utility connections—met council and environmental standards.

With land acquisition complete, the project is currently in the preliminary design phase. Construction is scheduled to commence in 2028, with completion targeted for 2031.

A forestry permit is currently being transferred to the site to facilitate progression.

Spanning 160 hectares, the project offers a significant strategic advantage: its proximity to an existing substation just 700 metres away. This minimises transmission infrastructure requirements, reduces capital expenditure and accelerates overall project viability.

Key components include advanced battery systems, power conversion equipment, and substation interfaces, all designed to meet NSW utility-scale standards.
